Banks is a Welsh designer who set up his fashion home base in the heart of the London, and is considered one of England's 1960s 1970s fashion greats alongside his friends Ossie Clark, Janice Wainwright, Mary Quant, Barbara Hulanicki of Biba, and Jean Muir (all of which, aside from Biba, were suppliers to his infamous store, Clobber). Jeff was also a dear friend and advisor of Vivienne Westwood, who entrusted
